Certified nutrition coaches, pastors, parents, and real people who believe your health goals should support your life, not restrict it.
Here’s a little about how we got here and why we coach the way we do.

I grew up an athlete, but no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t put on muscle. I figured I was destined to be the “skinny guy” forever and lived with that mindset, no longer trying to put on muscle — until I bent over to tie my shoe one day and threw my back out.
That was a wake-up call. I realized if I wanted to be strong and healthy enough to play on the floor with my grandkids one day, I needed to make a change. So I did what I always do when something matters — I started digging to get to the bottom of it. I researched, experimented, and learned everything I could about nutrition and performance.
I applied what I learned to my own body, paired it with heavy strength training, and everything shifted. Nearing 40, I built the muscle I never could in my 20s — and people around me started noticing.
“What are you doing? You’re a different guy.”
That led me to get certified, help others do the same, and become a coach. I’m especially passionate about helping people overcome health challenges like high blood pressure and cholesterol (which run in my family) — and I’ve seen food completely transform both my own numbers and my clients’.
Now I help people get to the root of what’s not working and create long-term change they can live with — whether it’s building muscle, getting leaner, improving blood markers, or feeling like themselves again.
NCI Level 1 Certified | Hormone Specialist
I didn’t grow up knowing much about nutrition and was not much of an athlete. In college, I started running because my roommate convinced me — and sure enough, a few pounds came off. But what followed wasn’t healthy. I became a great runner, but I developed obsessive eating habits, borderline disordered thinking around food, and chased thinness instead of health.
After getting married and having our first two kids, I started to learn more about food quality and ingredients, and I began cutting out overly processed foods. But I still yo-yo dieted. I was focused on calorie intake, not nutrition.
Eventually I found macro tracking and strength training — and that combination was a game changer. I started seeing results that felt real and sustainable.
Even so, I hit a plateau. As I approached 40, I caught myself thinking:
“Well, this is it. My goal-reaching days are over, I’ll never feel great in a swimsuit, and it’s all downhill from here.”
Thankfully, Daniel disagreed with me, and we hired a nutrition coach for me who told me, “You can be your strongest, healthiest self yet.” And he was right. With accountability and guidance, I turned 40 looking and feeling better than I ever had — eating a lot of food, enjoying my life, and building habits that didn’t rely on restriction or guesswork.
Now, I help other women and men do the same. I love walking alongside clients who are ready to break out of the diet cycle, learn what their body actually needs, and make peace with food — all while reaching their goals.
Let’s build a personalized nutrition and fitness blueprint that fits your life — not someone else’s. We’d love to walk with you.
